During the workshop, Jan Avsenik from Janov Vrt will educate participants on the different types of micro-vegetables and their various health benefits. Members of the Study Circle With self-sufficiency towards sustainably produced food and a better environment will have the opportunity to sow their own tray of micro-vegetables at the workshop and cultivate them at home.
