Culinary workshop of preparing sustainable meals

The purpose of the workshop is to raise awareness among people to reduce the amount of food thrown away, to eat as many meals as possible

they prepare themselves and that they use high-quality and wholesome foods from local producers when preparing meals, which helps to improve the quality of their lives.

The culinary workshop is intended for anyone who wants to learn how to create a healthy and nutritious meal that is both tasty and affordable from food that would most likely end up in the trash.

We will prepare a delicious dessert from buckwheat and seasonal fruit, and find out how versatile old bread can be used.

We will also taste all prepared meals.



Namen delavnice je pri ljudeh vzbuditi zavest, da zmanjšajo količino odvržene hrane, da si čim večkrat obrok

pripravijo sami in da pri pripravi obrokov uporabljajo kvalitetna ter polnovredna živila lokalnih pridelovalcev, kar pripomore k izboljšanju kvalitete njihovega življenja.

Kulinarična delavnica je namenjena vsem, ki se želijo naučiti, kako iz živil, ki bi po vsej verjetnosti romala med odpadke, ustvariti zdrav in hranljiv obrok, ki je hkrati okusen in finančno dostopen.

Pripravili bomo okusno sladico iz ajde in sezonskega sadja ter ugotavljali kako vsestransko se da uporabiti star kruh.

Vse pripravljene obroke bomo tudi degustirali.
