Young people and those employed before retirement age in the context of labor market sustainability

LBAS is organizing a webinar to discuss how to better integrate young and pre-retired workers into the labor market in order to promote the sustainability of the labor market, ensuring decent work.

Head of the State Development Monitoring and Evaluation Department of the State Chancellery’s Interdepartmental Coordination Department, Senior economist of the Analytical Service of the Ministry of Economy, and Director of the Labor Market Policy Department of the Ministry of Welfare, have confirmed their participation in the seminar as lecturers. The presentation section is scheduled until 16:10.

In the second part, which will take place until 5:00 p.m., we invite politicians to participate and discuss labor market challenges and solutions regarding ensuring the sustainability of the labor market, paying special attention to young people in the age group 15-29 years and those working before retirement age in the age group 50+



Seminārā kā lektori ir apstiprinājuši savu dalību Valsts Kancelejas Pārresoru koordinācijas departamenta Valsts attīstības uzraudzības un novērtēšanas nodaļas vadītājs, Ekonomikas ministrijas Analītikas dienesta vecākais ekonomists un Labklājības ministrijas Darba tirgus politikas departamenta direktors. Prezentāciju sadaļa ir plānota līdz plkst. 16:10.

Otrajā daļā, kas norisināsies līdz plkst.17:00, aicinām piedalīties politiķus un diskutēt par darba tirgus izaicinājumiem un risinājumiem attiecībā uz darba tirgus ilgtspējas nodrošināšanu, īpaši vēršot uzmanību uz jauniešiem vecuma grupā 15 – 29 gadi un pirms pensijas vecuma strādājošajiem vecuma grupā 50+
