Come and discover « Courrier Sud, apartments born from the initiative of their future owners. This enthusiastic group is driven by a passion : respect the environment. The ambition is to make their home a better place for all.

The common goal is clear : an energy-positive building with the lowest carbon emissions throughout the life of the building.

This project was selected by the Occitanie region and received a grant of 169,176 euros. It was also awarded “gold medal” by ENVIROBAT as a « Sustainable Building » in Occitanie promoting projects with social and environmental values.

The inhabitants and owners will be happy to welcome you to share their own experience from this participatory project. They will present the different sides of their involvement, from the design to the logistics and the funding.

Venez découvrir la résidence «Courrier Sud» née de la rencontre d’un groupe de passionné·es souhaitant s’associer autour de la construction de leur logement et de leur cadre de vie, tout en intégrant leurs valeurs du respect de l’environnement.

Pour ce projet, les participant·es se sont accordé·es sur un objectif commun : « construire un bâtiment passif et à énergie positive avec une minimisation des emissions carbones sur toute la vie du bâtiment ».

Ce projet a été retenu par la région Occitanie pour une subvention de 169 176€. Il a également été médaillé OR par ENVIROBAT en tant que Bâtiment Durable en Occitanie mettant en avant les projets avec des valeurs sociales et environnementales.

Les habitant·es apprécieront de vous accueillir pour échanger sur leur expérience de projet participatif et sur leur implication allant de la conception, à la gestion administrative jusqu’au financement et finalisation du projet.
