During ESDW, the children of the school were educated about difference and disability through an event on solidarity thanks to Mrs. Rottenbourg, Handi-Cap-Prévention charity’s president.
The main goal of the charity, Hardi-Cap-Prevention, is to collect bottle caps to recycle them.
Those recycled caps will bring the financial help needed to ease the daily life of disabled people and help them get implicated in society.
Following Mrs. Rottenbourg’ speech to explain the future of the recycled caps, the children were introduced to books about difference, workshops on how to sort caps and sensory games lent by Handi-Cap-Prévention charity.
The main objective of this awareness is to help children develop a selfless behavior by helping and exchanging through the knowledge of the collection of caps.
L'association Handi-Cap-Prevention a pour objectif de collecter des bouchons afin de les recycler.
Le but étant de financer le matériel nécessaire pour faciliter le quotidien des personnes handicapées de Naissance et de les aider à s'insérer dans la société.
Suite à l’intervention de Mme Rottenbourg, pour leur expliquer le devenir des bouchons, les élèves ont des lectures d’albums sur la différence, des ateliers de tri de bouchons et de jeux sensoriels prêtés par l’association Handi-Cap-Prévention.
L’objectif principal de cette action est d’amener les élèves à développer un comportement généreux, d’aide et d’échange à travers la sensibilisation autour de la collecte de bouchons.
