Special session of the Montenegrin Parliament dedicated to the 30th anniversary of ecological state of Montenegro was held on the plateau next to Black Lake.

Stating that nature, as a signpost to multinational and multi-confessional Montenegro, offered the best solution and point of connection and cooperation of all people regardless of mutual differences, and that these differences, like the most beautiful frame, frame the picture of endless beauties of Montenegrin mountains, lakes, rivers and seas are our most beautiful postcard.

Posebna sjednica Skupstine Crne Gore posvecena jubileju 30 godina od proglašenja ekološke Crne Gore održana na platou pored Crnog jezera.

Navodeci da je priroda poput putokaza multinacionalnoj i multikonfesionalnoj Crnoj Gori ponudila najbolje rešenje i tačku spajanja i saradnje svih ljudi bez obzira na međusobne razlike i da te razlike poput najljepšeg rama uokviruju sliku beskrajnih ljepota crnogorskih planina, jezera, rijeka, mora i da su te slike naša najljepša razglednica.
