Recycle today, reuse tomorow!

Our students joined in this activity by recycling everiday products into colorful new products, planting vegetables and promoting walking instead driving.

Our students joined in this activity to promote the goals of sustainable development in the school and in the community so that the students are aware and active in further promoting and achieving the goals of sustainable development.

During the implementation of the project, students were given a presentation on sustainable development, they were introduced to the meaning and importance of sustainable development, and activities were agreed upon with the students to be carried out in Civic Education classes.

The students decided to recycle tin containers and use textiles, which are one of the biggest polluters of the planet Earth, to make boxes for pencils, felt-tip pens and school supplies.

The students visited the Miraculous Gardens in Biškupac, where around 100 families grow food for their own needs every year, have outdoor recreation, socialize and practice healthy lifestyles. We promoted visiting the gardens by walking and strolling as an example of a sustainable and healthy way of moving.

Together with the hostess Vesna, they got to know many vegetables and flowers in the garden.

A small art workshop Land art was also held. They made their mini installations in the style of Land Art from dried flowers.

As an eco-patrol, the students went around the school and the school yard and were satisfied with the cleanliness of the environment and the use of trash cans in the school yard. They will also prepare their suggestions for improvement.

The students were introduced to the Plastic Caps to Expensive Medicines project, which has an ecological and humanitarian character, and participated in the collection of caps.

The students are extremely satisfied with all the activities carried out, and we hope that they will continue to spread the goals of sustainable development in their family, class and place of residence.
