Waste is not garbage.

Eighth-grade students from Elementary School ‘Ivan Goran Kovačić’ in Velika will visit a community recycling depot. They will attend a lecture on waste recycling, which includes waste collection, waste classification, and waste management. They will learn that waste can be reused, and that waste recycling can produce new useful items. Additionally, they will learn about the importance of waste classification and the significance of all processes related to waste recycling for sustainable development.

Otpad nije smeće

Učenici osmih razreda OŠ Ivan Goran Kovačić, Velika posjetiti će Reciklažno dvorište u Velikoj. Poslušati će predavanje o recikliranju otpada koje uključuje prikupljanje, razvrstavanje i zbrinjavanje otpada. Spoznati će da se otpad može primjereno iskoristiti nakon njegove upotrebe, te se postupkom reciklaže mogu stvoriti novi uporabni predmeti. Pri tome će uvidjeti važnost razvrstavanja otpada, a svi ti postupci važni su za održivi razvoj.
