With various workshops in the fields of Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and the Croatian language, we want to combine the teaching of STEM subjects and the mother tongue. Also, by cooperating with kindergartens, we want to improve the school’s cooperation with the local community. By including high school students, it is possible to apply their theoretical knowledge on practical examples, which means that we are additionally involved in the European Year of Skills. The overarching theme “Sustainable inspiration” aims to show that nature is a constant source of inspiration and that it is necessary to recycle existing things over and over again, and not accumulate them. We will connect the European Sustainable Development Week with the celebration of Children’s Week in the first week of October.

Raznovrsnim radionicama iz područja Matematike, Biologije, Kemije i Hrvatskoga jezika želimo spojiti nastavu STEM predmeta i materinskoga jezika. Također, suradnjom s dječjim vrtićima želimo pospješiti suradnju škole s lokalnom zajednicom. Uključivanjem učenika gimnazijskih smjerova omogućava se primjena njihovog teorijskog znanja na praktičnim primjerima čime se dodatno uključujemo u Europsku godinu vještina. Krovnom temom „Održiva inspiracija“ nastoji se pokazati da je priroda stalan izvor inspiracije i kako je potrebno iznova reciklirati postojeće stvari, a ne ih gomilati. Europski tjedan održivog razvoja povezat ćemo s obilježavanjem Dječjeg tjedna u prvom tjednu mjeseca listopada.
