The 3 main tourist offices in the Swiss canton of Vaud are joining forces to take part in an inter-company challenge to improve health in the workplace and take action on the environment.
For this year’s European Week for Sustainable Development, the tourist offices of Lausanne, Montreux-Vevey and the canton of Vaud are offering their employees an individual programme to raise awareness of sustainability, with a particular focus on the environmental and social aspects. One of the activities on offer involves teams from the 3 offices taking part in a Treely challenge, encouraging participants to walk as much as possible. Depending on the number of steps taken, each participant contributes to their physical fitness and to a reforestation programme in Madagascar.
Pour la Semaine du Développement Durable cette année, les offices du tourisme de Lausanne, Montreux-Vevey et du canton de Vaud proposent individuellement un programme à leurs employés afin de les sensibiliser à la durabilité et principalement sur les volets environnemental et social. Parmi les activités proposées, l'une d'entre elles réunit les équipes des 3 offices autour d'un défi Treely qui incitent les participants à marcher le plus possible. Selon le nombre de pas effectué, chaque participant agit pour sa bonne forme physique et pour un programme de reforestation à Madagascar.
