The National Centre for Education invites teachers and managers of general and vocational education institutions, policymakers and implementers, education experts, and business representatives, as well as anyone who wants to understand the current issues related to digital energy and its CO2 footprint, to participate in the seminar “Digital energy in everyday life – know and use smart”. The event will take place on October 2, 2023, 12:00 – 17:00, at the EU House

Industry experts will provide information on the latest developments in the implementation of the European Green Deal and the GSDG and explain the environmental impact of digital devices and their usage patterns. Teachers from vocational education institutions will share their experience integrating digital energy management skills into the curriculum and using a digital CO2 footprint calculator, and everyone will have the opportunity to try out the calculator.

Profesionālo izglītības iestāžu pedagogi dalīsies pieredzē par digitālās enerģijas pārvaldības prasmju iekļaušanu mācību saturā un digitālās CO2 pēdas kalkulatora izmantošanu.
