It marries Sustainability (alternative energy, natural food & means for the protection of the natural environment, quality and healthy life) with Local Products Gastronomy.The participants will take part in the process of making this traditional bread, and while it is being baked in the kitchen of the Community Shop, on the ground floor of the site, they will be guided inside the Tzoumerka Mountains Folk Museum, focusing especially on the Hydrokinetic Watermill Micrography (for grinding seeds in flour), but also the utilitarian objects, 500 in total, of the 19th and 20th century, such as fire-powered pots (the old electric oven, for cooking food, having hot water, warmth and lighting all day long) and the concept of the “estia” (fire) of the house, the Hydrokinesis Water Friction (the old washing machine), the Lantern (the old refrigerator), as well as some cooking utensils and containers. Afterwards, they will have the opportunity to taste the warm bread, together with a soft drink.

Η δράση παντρεύει την Αειφορία (εναλλακτική ενέργεια, φυσικά μέσα και τροφή, για την προστασία του φυσικού περιβάλλοντος, την υγιεινή ζωή και ποιότητα) με τη Γαστρονομία και τα Τοπικά Προϊόντα. Οι συμμετέχοντες θα λάβουν μέρος στη διαδικασία της παρασκευής αυτού του παραδοσιακού ψωμιού, και ενώ ψήνεται στην κουζίνα του κοινοτικού καταστήματος, στο ισόγειο του χώρου, θα ξεναγηθούν στο Λαογραφικό Μουσείο Τζουμέρκων, εστιάζοντας ιδιαίτερα στην, με Υδροκίνηση, Μικρογραφία Νερόμυλου (για άλεσμα σπόρων σε αλεύρι), αλλά και επιλεκτικά, σε χρηστικά αντικείμενα από 500 συνολικά, του 19ου και του 20ου αιώνα, όπως γάστρα με πυροστιά (ο παλιός ηλεκτρικός φούρνος, για μαγείρεμα φαγητού, ζεστό νερό, θέρμανση και φωτισμό καθ΄ όλη τη διάρκεια της μέρας), την έννοια της «εστίας» (φωτιάς), την Υδροκινούμενη Νεροτριβή (το παλιό πλυντήριο), το Φανάρι (το παλιό ψυγείο), καθώς και άλλα μαγειρικά σκεύη και δοχεία.

Στη συνέχεια θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να γευτούν το ζεστό ψωμί, μαζί με ένα αναψυκτικό.
