The Petit Etang of Saint André is a natural area listed as a Natural Area of Faunistic and Floristic Interest (ZNIEFF). A very rich and complex wetland, the Petit Étang is fed by the water table and by small sources with variable flows. Its connection with the sea is at the origin of its settlement by a remarkable biodiversity.
