Tallinn Old Town Days is an annual event held in order to introduce the heritage and culture of Estonia to everyone through exhibitions, markets and different programs. The event is completely free.
These celebrations fill yards, squares, streets, coffee shops and halls with music, art, theater and variations of many bigger and smaller activities take place. There will be different musicians performing folklore, jazz and pop music on several stages, many theatrical performances, handicraft and art fairs taking place, complete program of exhibitions, tours and art projects from museums and lots of joyous people taking part of the festival. This year’s motto is “A hundred steps of the century” because of a hundred years of the Republic of Estonia.
Sellel aastal toimuvad vanalinna päevad 30.05-3.06.2018 ning kannab juhtmõtet “Sada sammu sajandis”. Loomulikult kõlab neil päevil vanalinnas rohkesti muusikat, on teatrietendusi ja mahukas muuseumideprogramm, näitusi, ekskursioone ja kunstiprojekte. Kõlab nii rahvaloomingut kui popi ja jazzi; on lõbusaid külalisi tipptasemel muusikuid, kauplejaid, kunsti ja käsitööd.
