The SD Charter is a Welsh Government initiative aimed at creating a more sustainable Wales. St David’s Shopping Centre has recently added a green roof along with plants and 6 bee hives with 10,000 bees. Working in collaboration with Pollen8 and Cardiff University the shopping centre are contributing to not only the bee population but also to important research on the medical benefits of honey.
