The seminar targets at Local Authorities, Technical Services of Municipalities, stakeholders and anyone who cares about the Greek city and its struggles. It addresses to all those who hope and want to get acquainted with urban transport, mobility planning, quality of life and the environment.The objectives of the seminar are:the enhancement of transportation and mobility planning parameters such as design aesthetics, pleasure, play, social contact … which remain a taboo in modern transport planning,  the acquaintance with issues of exploring and tackling methods to overcome  inertia, delays, inefficiencies and outdated attitudes,  the presentation and critical commentary on several paradigms of Municipalities in order to familiarize with ideas and take lessons from other implementations,  the acquaintance with undervalued aspects of traffic and urban planning such as walking and cycling and lastly the acquisition of information and understanding of successful implementations in Europe

Το σεμινάριο απευθύνεται σε Δημοτικές Αρχές, Στελέχη Τεχνικών Υπηρεσιών Δήμων και γενικότερα σε εκείνους και εκείνες που νοιάζονται την ελληνική πόλη, αγωνιούν για την τύχη της, ελπίζουν και θέλουν να εξοικειωθούν με τα αντικείμενα του κυκλοφοριακού σχεδιασμού που έχει κριτήριο τον άνθρωπο, την ποιότητα ζωής και το περιβάλλον.Οι στόχοι του Σεμιναρίου είναι:  Η ανάδειξη παραμέτρων του κυκλοφοριακού σχεδιασμού όπως η αισθητική, η ευχαρίστηση, το παιχνίδι, η κοινωνική επαφή ... που εξακολουθούν να αποτελούν ταμπού στο σχεδιασμό, η γνωριμία με μεθόδους ανάγνωσης και αντιμετώπισης προβλημάτων που ξεπερνούν αδράνειες, υστερήσεις και παρωχημένες νοοτροπίες, η παρουσίαση και κριτικός σχολιασμός παραδειγμάτων Δήμων ώστε να παρθούν μαθήματα και ιδέες για εφαρμογές και σε άλλους Δήμους, η εξοικείωση με υποτιμημένες παραμέτρους του κυκλοφοριακού σχεδιασμού και της πολεοδομίας όπως το περπάτημα και το ποδήλατο και τέλος η γνωριμία με επιτυχημένες εφαρμογές στην Ευρώπη.
