La Semana del Voluntariado Ambiental, organizada por la Red de Voluntariado Ambiental de Catalunya, tiene como objetivo el reconocimiento de entidades ambientales y las personas voluntarias
The environmental volunteer week, organized by the network of environmental volunteers of Catalonia, looks for the recognition of environmental organizations and volunteers.
During this week this network encourages all the ngo’s to organize activities and register them on the website of volunteering. On the other hand they can include the ones that they have already in their calendar.
The other goal is to encourge the citizens to participate, and to meet the environmental organisations of their cities or villages.

En 2013 y 2014, la Red de Voluntariado Ambiental de Catalunya (XVAC) ha celebrado la SEMANA DEL VOLUNTARIADO AMBIENTAL (SVAC), con el objetivo de hacer un reconocimiento a las personas voluntarias y a las entidades que los acogen, los forman y gestionan sus tareas.
La SVAC aglutina actividades de voluntariado ambiental organizadas por entidades en todo el territorio, para ofrecer experiencias de voluntariado abiertas a la participación ciudadana, a la vez que se da visibilidad a las entidades y sus proyectos.
