The week will have three highlights:

• Monday 5th October 2020 – Conference

“Why and how to deploy an efficient and beneficial sustainable purchasing process for your territories and structures? “

An expert will introduce the key concepts of the theme of responsible purchasing and will present some tools and methods to facilitate decision-making and taking action.

• Tuesday 06, Wednesday 07 and Thursday 08 October 2020 – Training in two parts:

– October 06, 2020: “awareness” workshop on responsible purchasing, the objective is the appropriation of concepts and regulations

– October 07 and 08, 2020: “training-action” module to facilitate and accelerate the implementation of responsible purchasing within companies

• Friday 9th October 2020 – Personalized coaching

An expert will draw up an inventory and profile of each of the participating structures in order to offer them personalized operational avenues for action.

Un expert introduira les notions clefs de la thématique des achats responsables et présentera quelques outils et méthodes facilitant la prise de décision et le passage à l’action.

• Mardi 06, mercredi 07 et jeudi 08 octobre 2020 - Formation en deux parties :

- 06 octobre 2020 : atelier de « sensibilisation » aux achats responsables dont l’objectif est l’appropriation des concepts et réglementations

- 07 et 08 octobre 2020 : module de « formation-action » pour faciliter et accélérer la mise en œuvre des achats responsables au sein des entreprises

• Vendredi 09 octobre 2020 - Coaching personnalisé

Un expert dressera un état des lieux et le profil de chacune des structures participantes afin de leur proposer des pistes opérationnelles personnalisées pour agir.
