How do community gardens contribute to sustainable development? Join us for a fun-filled, fact-finding workshop to learn, share and discuss.
In this workshop, participants will learn about the Sustainable Development Goals through a scavenger hunt activity through the blooming wonderful GLAS garden.
Participants will explore the corners of the garden to find all 17 of the Goals. They will reflect on why the goals are important for individuals, communities, and the world. A final discussion will connect the Goals to their own experiences in the community garden.
This workshop is open to those with plenty of experience of community gardens, and those who have never visited before! Young, old and families welcome.
