As part of this initiative, the Association of Persons with Disabilities “Sunce” organizes a lecture on permaculture and the basics of organic food cultivation in theory and practice. The lecture consists of an analysis of the issue of growing food in a sustainable way and the new principles of agriculture that has a positive impact on the environment, soil fertility, biodiversity, the hydrological cycle, ecosystem services and the local circular economy. Through the expert lecture, examples of permaculture design and completed projects will be presented. After the lecture, there will be a workshop of the Pensioners’ Foundation, where representatives of the association will demonstrate to visitors the process of making stools from tires.

U sklopu ove incijative Udruga osoba s invaliditetom „Sunce“ organizira predavanje o permakulturi i osnovama organskog uzgoja hrane u teoriji i praksi. Predavanje se sastoji od analize problematike uzgoja hrane na održiv način te novim načelima poljoprivrede koja ima pozitivan utjecaj na okoliš, plodnost tla, bioraznolikost, hidrološki ciklus, usluge ekosustava i lokalnu kružnu ekonomiju. Kroz stručno predavanje prikazat će se i primjeri permakulturnog dizajna te izvedeni projekti. Nakon predavanja održat će se radionica Matice umirovljenika na kojoj će predstavnice udruge posjetiteljima demonstrirati postupak izrade taburea od guma.
