The waste (including the old tyres) must be transferred by the authorities and the organisations themselves to the waste management companies concerned by direct contracts.
The old tyres must be without rim and without any more dirt (i.e. there must be no soil, leaves, etc. in the interior of the tyre). Dirty tyres excavated from the soil or, for example, used for other purposes in agriculture, must be cleaned prior to delivery.
