From the 20. to 26. of September the Kornhausbibliotheken Bern take part in the european sustainable development week. An abundance of events, exhibitions and workshops focussing on the topic sustainability will be available for the public. 

– Discuss with Mathias Plüss, author of “Weniger ist weniger” (“Less is less”)

– Bring your broken devices to the RepairCafé and breath in new live in these devices

– Bring an old shirt and create something new in our upcycling workshop

– Participate in talks about the forests role in climate change, the developement of the urban animal kingdom or the workshop with Greenpick about creating a sustainable everyday life

– Help out Offcut creating an oversized picture with recycled materials

– Inform yourself on our sustainability market place about events and organisations like TEIL, Leihbar, Laufmeter, Greenpick, Offcut, StyleSessions, Fachstelle für Ökologie and many more

- Bringen Sie Defektes im RepairCafé Bern vorbei und hauchen dem Gegenstand so neues Leben ein

- Besuchen Sie Vorträge über die Waldleistung im Klimawandel, die Entwicklung der urbanen Tierwelt oder den Workshop mit Greenpick zur nachhaltigen Gestaltung des Alltags

- Helfen Sie mit, mit Offcut ein Legebild aus Recyclingmaterialien herzustellen
