Grown home and seasonal ingredients:
1. Preparation of five tapas.
2. Tasting.
3. Suggestions and share recipes for healthy snacks and meals.

      The goals of sustainable development also include taking care of our health and our nutrition. We have thought that the best way to discuss it is cooking and tasting delicious healthy meals.


     This activity is divided into three parts:

      1. Preparation of five tapas (Spanish concept that consists of serving small amounts of food to accompany a drink, usually to share with friends and family).

     2. Tasting of the prepared tapas.

     3. Make suggestions and share recipes for snacks and healthy meals.

     Our goal is to use as much as we can grown home and seasonal ingredients. Will we make it? With your creativity and love for cooking – no doubt!



     Ciljevi održivog razvoja također uključuju i brigu o našem zdravlju i prehrani. Upravo zbog toga smatramo da je kuhanje i kušanje ukusnih zdravih jela najbolji način za poticanje rasprave.


     Ova je aktivnost podijeljena u tri dijela:

     1. Priprema pet tapasa (španjolski koncept koji se sastoji od posluživanja male količine hrane uz piće, obično za dijeljenje s prijateljima i obitelji).

     2. Degustacija pripremljenih tapasa.

     3. Vrijeme za slušanje i dijeljenje Vaših prijedloga i recepata za užine i zdrave obroke.


     Naš cilj je upotrijebiti što više domaće uzgojenih i sezonskih namirnica. Hoćemo li uspjeti? Uz Vašu kreativnost, ljubav prema kuhanju i degustaciji – nema sumnje!
