“Identitree” is a Social Team Building project based on participatory art realizations by each individual, and in collaboration with local authorities, schools, companies.
IDENTITREE is a stakeholder engagement project based on experience-based learning and centered upon the acquisition and development of Soft and Life Skills of any partecipant. It puts Learning at the heart of social relations, enabling the transformation of the local enviroment and boosting the cooperation between all members of society and of the educating community (public institutions, social organizations and all citizens at large).
HAPPY Coaching and Counseling Roma’s IDENTITREE is a participatory and public art project, a concrete outcome of the learning model known as Lean Art Coaching, which integrates art’s natural creative force and inclusivity with the implements of Coaching and the principles of continuous improvement of Lean Thinking (main philosophy at the foundation of “Total Quality” and the Toyota System).

Pone la FormAzione al centro della socialità, favorendo la trasformazione dell’ambiente che la ospita e stimolando la collaborazione tra tutte le componenti della società che compongono la comunità educante (Istituzioni pubbliche, organizzazioni sociali e con-cittadini di qualsiasi età e provenienza).
IDENTITREE - ALBERO DELLE IDENTITÀ ® di HAPPY Coaching and Counseling Roma è un’opera d’arte partecipata, un progetto di Arte Pubblica e risultato materico di un modello formativo chiamato Lean Art Coaching che integra la naturale forza creativa ed inclusiva dell'arte con gli strumenti del Coaching ed i principi del miglioramento continuo del Lean Thinking (filosofia alla base della “Qualità Totale” e del Sistema Toyota).
