How to Make the SDGs Europe’s Business: A Multi-Stakeholder Approach (Invitation-only)

This high-level, invitation-only meeting will explore how multi-stakeholder initiatives can support the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals in Europe.

Following the adoption of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development by all countries in September 2015 as the world’s shared framework for sustainable development, countries are now embarking on the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Success will require new forms of collaboration between business, civil society, government and science across Europe. To explore these issues and advance the SDGs in Europe, a high-level, invitation-only meeting on “How to make the SDGs Europe’s Business – A Multi-Stakeholder Approach” will explore how multi-stakeholder initiatives can support their implementation. The meeting is co-organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, the SDG Charter, the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) and the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN).
