This IKC3 HIVE MIND workshop proposes adopting a community of practice approach to pool knowledge and experience with the purpose of inspiring new ideas to co-create and co-develop a Methodology/Toolbox for AGILE Skills needs, Gap Analysis and Foresighting.
We urgently need to UPSKILL collectively to be able to reduce emissions by 51 % by 2030 and get to net zero by 2050.
Different groups across the public sector, academia and industry are conducting skills gap analyses to understand what skills are important and which need to be further developed, across all parts of society, to rise to this challenge.
The gravity and time-frame of the challenge prompts us to ask ourselves – how can we get to the answers to our questions more quickly and more accurately?
