GNI & Leave No Trace Hot Spot CSR Day

Gas Networks Ireland environmental CSR day in partnership with Leave No Trace Ireland

The Leave No Trace Hot Spot programme is a critical initiative designed to address areas impacted by outdoor activities and heavy use so they can be restored and thrive again through education days with volunteers and locals.

As part of our commitment to supporting environmental, social and economic sustainability, Gas Networks Ireland is working with Leave No Trace and Fingal County Council to help Turvey Nature Reserve recover the natural qualities lost through the impact by littering and tree loss. Volunteers from Gas Networks Ireland will spend the day working with Leave No Trace to undertake work such as removing invasive species, planting native trees, clearing access for recreation and removing litter and waste.
