The springs of Sana river are the new protected area in our country. We want to celebrate this and raise awareness about the importance of forests and rivers for biodiversity and local communities
We start the event with an intensive media campaign and a science-to-policy pannel on the protection of rivers and the importance of forests for biodiversity. On the second day, we mobilize the local communities to take part in tree planting activities and we announce our continuous actions of this kind in the future. On the last day, we organize actions of the revitalization of landscape damaged by exploitation of the Sana river resources.
Događaj započinjemo intenzivnom medijskom kampanjom i panelom od nauke ka politikama' o važnosti zaštite rijeka i šume za biodiverzitet. Drugog dana mobiliziramo lokalne zajednice za učešće u sadnji drveća i najavljujemo naše kontinuirane akcije ove vrste u budućnosti. Posljednjeg dana organiziramo akcije revitalizacije krajolika oštećenog eksploatacijom resursa rijeke Sane.
