Educational week of traditional rye bread which is directed to children between age of 3 to 12.

During the program we learn different works of rye harvesting and breadmaking in typical farmhouse of Hiiumaa a hundred years ago. We talk about beliefs and manners involved with bye bread eating and storageing. And of course we taste different kinds of rye breads from local bread bakery Hiiumaa Köök ja Pagar OÜ.
Programmis teeme tutvust sellega, kuidas jõudis leib talupere lauale 100 aastat tagasi, pisut mängime ja loomulikult ka maitseme erinevaid Hiiumaal valminud leibasid. Programmi läbiviimisele aitab kaasa Hiiumaa Köök ja Pagar OÜ.
