As part of the “European Sustainable Development Week” and the “European Heritage Days” celebrating sustainable heritage, the City of Venelles offers a dense week of activities, visits, workshops, participatory and fun events from 16 to 24 September.

For a year, the city has been drawing up a 2030 Agenda with the inhabitants, a real roadmap for building a sustainable city. Now, time has come to take action and involve all the inhabitants in this “Venelles in transition” project.

Animations will punctuate this event, inviting the Venellois to:

explore the richness of our natural, agricultural and historical heritage;

understand and find the keys to change, to initiate an environmental, societal and economic transition and concretely adress climate change.

This week will be an opportunity to present Venelles’ “Agenda 2030”, its 13 challenges and 33 environmental, societal and economic goals for a more responsible and pleasant city to live in!

A l’occasion de la Semaine européenne du développement durable et des  Journées du patrimoine durable, la Ville de Venelles propose une semaine riche en animations, visites, ateliers et événements participatifs et ludiques du 16 au 24 septembre.

Depuis un an, elle élabore avec les habitants un Agenda 2030, véritable feuille de route pour construire une ville durable. Maintenant, elle passe à l'action et emmène tous les habitants dans ce projet Venelles en transition. 

Les animations jalonneront cet événement invitant les Venellois à :

explorer la richesse de notre patrimoine naturel, agricole et historique ;

comprendre et trouver les clés du changement pour engager une transition environnementale, sociétale et économique et répondre concrètement au dérèglement climatique.

La semaine se conclura par la présentation de l’Agenda 2030 de Venelles, ses 13 défis et 33 objectifs environnementaux, sociétaux et économiques pour une ville plus responsable et agréable à vivre la 24 septembre.
