To know how to act and manage priorities in the face of the major challenges of climate change, it is essential to have the right orders of magnitude in mind. QUALITEL Association is encouraging all its employees to participate in awareness workshops on carbon impact. The objective is to offer employees an evaluation of their carbon footprint using the tool proposed by ADEME: “nos gestes climats”. Following the realization of the personal carbon footprint, we will propose to the employees concrete actions to implement.

We will organize 6 TEAMS workshops for about 20 people during the three Sustainable Development weeks. The workshops will last about 40 minutes.

A report on the project will be made afterwards and an internal communication will be presented in relation with our CSR KPIs.

Pour savoir comment agir et gérer les priorités face aux grands enjeux du changement climatique, il est indispensable d’avoir en tête les bons ordres de grandeur. L’Association QUALITEL incite l’ensemble de ses collaborateurs à participer à des ateliers de sensibilisation sur l’impact carbone. L’objectif est de proposer aux collaborateurs une évaluation de leur empreinte carbone à travers l’outil proposé par l’ADEME : « nos gestes climats ». A la suite de la réalisation du bilan carbone personnel, nous proposerons aux collaborateurs des actions concrètes à mettre en place.

Nous organisons 6 ateliers TEAMS d’une vingtaine de personnes à l’occasion des trois semaines du Développement Durable, les ateliers dureront environ 40 minutes.

Un bilan du projet sera réalisé par la suite et une communication interne en lien avec nos indicateurs RSE sera présentée.
