To engage children in thinking about life under water as one of the important SDG’s, we organize two educational workshops for children. For preschool and elementary school children.

Workshop 1. MAKING MOSAICS FROM OLD CORKS
Children get to know the living world of freshwater ecosystems. For a better visual and tactile experience, photographs of organisms will be used, as well as shells of bivalves that can be found in our rivers.
In the creative part of the workshop, children make mosaics of the organisms they have met from old corks and cardboard. Also, through this workshop, children learn about recycling, that is, how to make something new out of something old, and develop their creativity.
Workshop 2. A FRESHWATER AQUARIUM FROM COLLAGE PAPER
Children first get to know the inhabitants of freshwater ecosystems. They also get to know freshwater bivalves, crabs, and macrozoobenthos.
In the second part of the workshop, the goal is to make your own freshwater aquarium from paper and cardboard collages with the organisms they met during the first part of the workshop.
Radionica 1.
Radionica 2. SLATKOVODNI AKVARIJ OD KOLAŽ PAPIRA
Djeca najprije upoznaju stanovnike slatkovodnih ekosustava. Također upoznaju slatkovodne školjkaše, rakove i makrobeskranježnjake.
