This event aims to disseminate the EUSTEPs sustainability teaching tools developed for different targets: university students, educators, and administrative staff. The sustainability teaching module, for instance, is repeatable in any University around the world and is supported by detailed teaching material which is freely downloadable from the EUSTEPs website. The event will be devoted to three activities: 1) The EUSTEPs partners will illustrate their teaching experiences and collect feedback from those professors who implemented the module in their courses; 2) the Guidelines on how to create a Transdisciplinary Course on Sustainability, designed for any degree course in any University, will be illustrated. 3) the EUSTEPs partners will also present the first draft of the EUSTEPs footprint calculator, a tool developed to assess the Ecological Footprint of university campuses. The event is open to all after registration and is part of the EUSTEPs project dissemination activities.

L’evento è parte del progetto Erasmus+ EUSTEPs, il cui scopo principale è quello di presentare agli studenti e alla comunità accademica la complessità della sostenibilità e la sua natura interdisciplinare attraverso la metodologia dell’Impronta Ecologica. Per questo, i partner di progetto nei passati due anni hanno sviluppato materiale didattico per studenti, docenti e personale tecnico amministrativo. Il materiale è disponibile sul sito EUSTEPs ed è stato testato in università partner e in altre università nel mondo. EUSTEPs organizza questo evento per 1) presentare il materiale didattico sviluppato dal progetto e allo stesso tempo avere feedback dai professori che hanno già implementato il modulo nei loro corsi, 2) presentare le linee guida su come creare un corso di sostenibilità transdisciplinare e adatto per tutti i corsi di laurea e 3) presentare la prima bozza dell’Ecological Footprint Calculator per i campus universitari europei. L’evento è aperto a tutti previa registrazione.
