The Labour Relations Council is organising the 7th Edition of its Social Responsibility Training Programme. On this ocasions, the training programme will focus on the SGE 21 reporting method.
The Labour Relations Council (CRL) is the body for institutional participation and social dialogue on employment matters in Catalonia. The CRL brings together the most representative trade unions and employers associations as well as the Government of Catalonia, and functions through a committee-based structure.
The CRL’s Social Responsibility Committee promotes CSR in Catalan companies and organisations, it fosters knowledge and training, and encourages participation in this unique forum for consultation and social dialogue in Catalonia.
This year, this Committee will organise the seventh edition of a Social Responsibility Training Programme. The four scheduled sessions in this years’ programme seek to continue to raise awareness and improve knowledge about the SDGs and the 2030 Agenda.
The upcoming training will tackle the methodology of reporting of the System of Ethical and Socially Responsible Management (SGE 21). It will take place on October 7th.
Thus far, two sessions have been held on Codes of Ethics and on Non-financial reporting and its link to CSR and the SDGs. The last session will focus on diversity management.
El CRL és l’òrgan de participació institucional i de diàleg social en matèria laboral a Catalunya, integrat per les organitzacions sindicals i empresarials més representatives i la Generalitat de Catalunya, i treballa mitjançant comissions.
La Comissió de Responsabilitat Social promou la incorporació d’aquesta matèria en empreses i entitats catalanes; impulsa el coneixement i la formació, i afavoreix la participació en aquest espai únic de concertació i diàleg social a Catalunya.
Des de fa anys, aquesta Comissió organitza un Cicle Formatiu de Responsabilitat Social. Enguany, s'ha posat en marxa la setena edició d'aquest Cicle i les seves quatre sessions continuaran posant el focus i sensibilitzant sobre els ODS i l'Agenda 2030.
El proper taller abordarà la implantació de la metodologia de reporting del Sistema de Gestió Ètica i Socialment Responsable (SGE 21) el 7 d’octubre, en línia. Fins al moment, s’ha celebrat sessions sobre els codis ètics i la informació no financera i la seva articulació amb la responsabilitat social i els ODS. La darrera sessió es centrarà en els recursos per gestionar la diversitat a les organitzacions.
